The Teens Strength and Conditioning class is designed and coached by certified, qualified and skilled coaches. Teens (12-17 years old) will learn age appropriate weightlifting/power lifting techniques, improve strength, power, agility, and balance in order to facilitate increased sporting performance and injury prevention

The Basics class introduces functional movements by re-learning foundational movement patterns of squatting, hinging and pulling. Skills are learned through proper progression to scale the movements up as opposed to scaling down.
