Basics at Custom Fitness was developed and is under the direct supervision of our in-house Physical Therapist Dr. Ryan R.M Claros. The Basics class introduces functional movements by re-learning foundational movement patterns of squatting, hinging and pulling. Skills are learned through proper progression to scale the movements up as opposed to scaling down. Thus, reinforcing the need to scale movements according to current skill set. The coaches of this class take pride in helping individuals get on track to a healthy lifestyle.
