Teen Strength and Conditioning

The Teens Strength and Conditioning class is designed and coached by certified, qualified and skilled coaches. Teens (12-17 years old) will learn age appropriate weightlifting/power lifting techniques, improve strength, power, agility, and balance in order to facilitate increased sporting performance and injury prevention. Our team environment improves life skills, dedication, and overall confidence. Classes are set to include a warm-up, workout and a cool-down.
