CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids Gof Metgot is a program designed to build a foundation and love of fitness for a special population–our young ones. The CFGM Kids program guides children to gain a stronger sense of physical well-being through CrossFit’s 10 Components of Fitness. For example, we teach skills such as Balance and Coordination, Accuracy, and Agility; train Cardiovascular Endurance and Stamina; apply principles of Strength, Speed, and Power; and use various methods to improve Flexibility. CFGM kids run, throw, lift, carry, pull, climb, push, slam, squat, and even play.

Parents’ goals for their children vary across the spectrum, whether it is to improve fitness, develop athletic ability, or simply find something to get them physically active. Our goal is to help CFGM kids to find a love of fitness in a safe, fun, and highly interactive and energetic atmosphere. Our coaches will ensure the physical progression of CFGM kids, and guide our youth to be the best possible version of themselves
